The new videoclip of the band is out! The video for the song "Night" talks of a fresh nostalgia, a memory of an ongoing moment. That's what the images represent: a character that didn't move on. A key element is a will to subvert expectations. And that's where the unconventional characters and their relationship comes from.

Plastic People will play live this friday, November 23rd in Porto, at Barracuda Club. The day after, staurday 24th, the band will be playing at Sabotage Club, in Lisbon.

There are no more tickets to the shows at CLINIC, the band's hometown mythical club that opened after 10 years especially for this event.

Plastic People will play for the first time live the album "VISIONS", next friday, 5th of October, at MUSICBOX LISBOA at 10.30pm.
The band will play the full album, edited on the 28th of Septembre, as well as some unedited songs.

'Visions' is the first chapter in Plastic People's history that starts in 2015, when André Frutuoso and João Gonçalo start to work together in the early demos of the band.
The first concert takes place in May of 2016 under the name of Human Fiction, revealing post-punk, rock and alternative sounds in their compositions. After different lineups, and with the third member on-board, JT (Loto, Balla) on synthesizers, keyboards, and vocals, the band adopts the name Plastic People for a concert in December of that same year.

After playing at the festivals NOS ALIVE'17 (Lisbon) and Madcool'17 (Madrid), the band begins the album pre-production. Setting up the studio at Clinic, an old mythical club from the early 2000's), André, João Gonçalo and JT finalize the songs for "Visions". Recording starts in March 2018, alongside Nuno Roque. The methods applied during the recording process, using microphones, pre-amps, sound effects pedals, vintage keyboards and synths, guitar amps, all from the 60's and 70's, lead the post-punk and alternative aesthetic of the band. 

"Visions" is out today, 28th of Septembre, and it is edited by SONY MUSIC.

“Riding High On Acid” it's about the weekend. Going out with friends. "Andy" wanders around looking for the perfect trip, inebriated by chemicals and sentiments, confused about reality yet always on the move, seeking for something that will take him to the limit.

The video reflects this journey: the people, the circumstances in his path, so many times a hallucination, absurd or vague like our own shadow. "Andy" travels through his mind, deceived by those chemicals and by the ghosts in his life.
